The English - medium, self-financed college is an ISO 9001 : 2000 certified institution. It was established in 1996 with a munificent donation by Natubhai V. Patel Charity Trust. Housed in a four-storied building with spacious class-rooms and well - equipped laboratories, it offers the following courses:

1. Three - year B.Sc
2. Three - year BCA 

Subjects taught include Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Instrumentation, Environmental Sciences, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Genetics, Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Information Sciences and Mathematics. Those who have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Science Stream) are eligible for admission to B.Sc. & B.C.A. The college is the only self-financed institution in the Gujarat State to have been recognised by UGC for receiving Special Programme assistance under Sections 2(f) & 12(B). The college library with latest books, journals and dailies is housed in a separate building. It is named after the donor, Shri Shantilal Patel of Khambholaj. Students Counselling Service Cell provides counseling to the students. In addition, remedial classes, weekly tests and open-house programmes are also organized.
