Born in June 2004 and approved by AICTE, the college offers four-year undergraduate programme in Pharmacy, leading to B. Pharm. Degree of Sardar Patel University. It encompasses regular areas of Pharmaceutics and Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmacognosy and Phytochemistry, Pharmacology and Toxicology. The college has plans to introduce two-year post-graduate programmes: Master of Pharmacy in Pharmaceutical Marketing and Management. It has plans to expand the avenues to global territories through foreign collaborations by inducting programme in newer horizons of the profession such as Clinical Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, Community Pharmacy, Pharmacoeconomics, with special focus on Biotechnology which is shaping the future of the world. Eligibility for admission to the undergraduate course is the Higher Secondary School Examination (Standard 12 Science Stream) passed, as per the prevailing norms. Sanctioned intake is 60 students. The institute's building spreads over an area of about 67000 Sq.M. surrounded by nearly 5 acres land of providing state - of - art facilities. The college has a well-equipped library and computer laboratory having forty computers in LAN (with internal access), a unique medicinal plant garden with many species of plants. Plans are afoot to have an industry-college interaction cell.
